PHOTOS: Minister of Interior Comends Adamawa State Governor



Minister of Interior, Lt. Gen. Abdulrahman Dambazau arrived Yola the Adamawa State capital this afternoon to assess the situation in the state, following the recent insurgent attacks that occurred in the state.

The Minister who was accompanied by the Inspector General of Police, Comptroller of Prisons, Commandant General of The NSCDC and Immigration Boss  as well as welcomed by the Deputy Governor of Adamawa State, Engineer Matins Babable, who took them on a courtesy call to the Lamido's Palace.

They also visited the Yola Town Prisons, The Burnt Yola Town Market, The New Yola Town Prison at Yolde Pate, Malcohi IDP Camp as well as the Government House where he met with the Executive Governor Senator Umaru Jibrilla Muhamed (Bindow).

While at the Government House, the Honourable Minister said that he was impressed with the level of development that had taken place in terms of road constructions, people empowerment, health care development as well as infrastructural development  within such a short period of time. He assured the Governor of his unflinching support towards his administration.
