Adamawa state Governor surprises residents of Jambutu & Demsawo


Adamawa state Governor , Umaru Jibrilla yesterday paid a surprise visit to the various road projects going on within The state capital Yola. The Governor who broke regular protocol of  using the regular convoy of vehicles, too a simple saloon car (peugout 206) and went to Jambutu housing estates as well as Demsawo wards.

Surprised onlookers could not help but express awe and surprise as they chanted "Baba Oyoyo" upon recognizing him. He was accompanied by the Commissioner of works, Barrister Lilian Kayode.

This visits comes just after he had reportedly attended 3 courtesy call visits from various groups of people within the state.

I guess there is hope in sight for Adamawa state after all. more photos after the cut
