Gov Bindow pays Adamawa state September salary - Workers rush to ATMs


Adamawa state Governor Jubril Muhmmed Bindow has approved the payment of the September 2015 salary of the state civil servants. An excited Hookup TV readers shared photos of civil servants queuing up at various bank ATM's  to get their share.
