One time Adamawa gubernatorial candidate and senior lecturer at the Moddibo Adamawa University of technology, Dr. Amos Yusuf has allegedly been arrested by the DSS in Yola.
Sources say he was arrested based on accusing remarks aimed at the Adamawa state Government regarding the recently released Paris Club funds that were given to various state in Nigeria including Adamawa state.
He made the statement during a TV interview on Safiya breakfast show on tv Gotel which was broadcasted live yesterday in the morning.
Government agents were said to have requested a copy of the interview for preview to verify his state!sent prior to his arrest.
No statement has been given by Dr. Amos Yusuf.
