Ahmadu Ribadu College one of the foremost Secondary schools in North East Nigeria with excellent academic track records Played host to the Annual inter-house sports competition as well as the venue for the birthday celebration of her founder, Hajiya Zainab Tukur. The Sports ground was packed to capacity with students, teachers, sports enthusiasts as well as notable personalities from all spheres of society all gathered for the two memorable events.
For the first time the event featured sporting events by both sister schools i.e. Ahmadu Ribadu COllege and Col. Isa Ahmed Memorial School.
Highlights of the event included an emotional presentation of gifts to the Founder as well as the presentation of the traditional Large Spoon to the losing house as a symbolic encourager for them to eat more and get more energy for more events. lolz
