Defence Headquarters urges IDP's to return to their communities

According to the flyer which was sent in by Washington Post Editor Karen Attiah, The Defence Headquarters is urging those displaced by the insurgents to return home to their local communities in order to rebuild what has been lost.
I guess the Nigerian Military is really pulling all stops to restore peace to the country. Great work  guys we are proud of you and will keep you i our prayers.
