BREAKING NEWS BOMB BLAST IN JAMBUTU, YOLA MANY FEARED DEAD !




A bomb exploded today  Friday 23rd October 2015 at the site of a mosque situated within the Adamawa State Polytechnic Campus, Jambutu.

According to eyewitness, the Mosque was scheduled to be officially opened today with the first jummat service being conducted.when the tragic incident happened. It was believed that the incident happened when a little girl covered in hijab walked into the premises. its believed she carried the explosive device tha triggered the explosion. Medical personnel say over 15 bodies have been recorded dead at the Specialist Hospital Yola,  while 45 injured persons have been discharged. Bodies have been taken to the Specialist Hospital and FMC.

At the site of the blast, body parts were seen all over the arena including the mosque walls and trees.

The Adamawa State Governor, alongside Commissioners of Health and information were at the Specialist Hospital to see the situation on ground.

In another twist of events, the survivors of the blast turned into an angry mob when the military arrived the scene. They were said to grieve at the military for arriving LATE and started throwing stones at them. The military then fired warning shots to wade off the crowd. However after the dispersal, the mob grew even ore furious when the word went round that the shots hit three persons in the crowd.

The military soon relocated to the Jambutu park junction while the police  took over the scene.

  3. It is excatly a two days when I saw the rairiot on this blog and I commented that folks should avoid the gathering in a place hmm I knew how this inhumans behavier. Please people of Adamawa state stay together and fight this with all that you got! I pray for those lost there love onces and those injured.
