EXCLUSIVE: HIP HOP SUNDAY S09 : Updates on all that went down

Hiphop Sunday, the annual gathering of Young urban christian youth community together in one place for a moment of fun, dance, music and show case of talent which is annually organised by the House of Refuge International, Ministry Yola has come and gone. This year marked its 9th Edition, and it came with its



highlights, Hookup TV was there and brings you a few exclusives of all that went down at this massive event.

MASSIVE CROWD:
According to the official tweet by the ministry, the event was scheduled to start by 7:30am but by 7:05am, the church auditorium was half full. by 8 am the venue was packed to capacity. If you came by 10:00am you just had to endure the Yola 43 degree heat. It seems the venue keeps getting smaller and smaller or maybe the crowd keeps getting larger and larger.

THE ANCHORS
Ace TV Presenter Aaron Issac and popular Stand up Comedian MC Advice were joined by New Entry Reporter Dorcas Bello as the Hosts of this years HHS. MC Advice kept the crowd with his rib cracking jokes while Aaron kept the tempo with his sultry voice, Dorcas definitely had beauty and brains on her side. lolz

KING JOAB
Newly signed artiste King Joab made his debut entry into HHS and delivered ground breaking live music that will definitely ushered him with open arms to the music community  the JAWAS MUSIC golden boy gave a dazzling performance as his record label boss, TKLEX watched with pride

JOS INVASION:
The Jos visitors made  clear mark on the Host community when they stormed in with The Eagles Dance Crew, DSS, HAYE &  GREAL. The Eagles gave a massive come back from last year's performance which was more of on the low key, this time their death-defying stunts and aggressive dance routines gave a clear indication that there was no going back for these ladies.
The DSS dance crew which is n all male dance crew made their debut performance at HHS. with subtle dance routines and flexible maneuvers, they definitely will be coming back next year.
GREAL: who can ever get tired of this guy, with his humble disposition and rap lines that are clear enough for even 70 year olds to understand, its definitely a bright day when he holds the mic. the crowd would not let him go without his rendition of Christ in my head and my chest.

BIG DELY MO:
Lest we forget, Big Delymo was among the pioneer artistes on this very platform. in its 9th year, he is now a married man , and beyond that he is  soon \-to-be father. Yep, his wife was spotted with a big baby bump at the event which she followed her husband to for moral support. Happy Delivery to the family.

HHS SEASON X
Without a doubt , Hip Hop Sunday hs been one of the most consistent events experienced in Adamawa State. Its crowds have gotten bigger, performances have been more outstanding and the atmosphere keeps getting better,. Kudos to the entire team under the leadership of Pastor Biyasa Abraham & Pastor Barry Shaida.
As the 10th Season comes up next year, we at hookup tv have decided to tag it Season X. We anxiously await with eager eyes.
