Culled from Naij
One more clash between the farmers and suspected Fulani herdsmen ended with the death of one of the locals in Kwayine village of Demsa local government area. Othman Abubakar, the Adamawa police spokesperson, has confirmed the incident that took place on Tuesday, Novermber 1.
According to Mr Abubakar, the situation in the area was taken under control after police officers arrived the place. Hannatu Bulus, who lives in Kwayine village,  said many residents had abandoned the village, leaving their farms despite ongoing harvest.

Contrary to official report he claimed that two more people were killed in Wednesday’s clash.
The village is just a few kilometres from Kodomon village where 20 people lost their lives in a similar clash. Meanwhile, a special committee set up by the Adamawa state government to investigate the frequent conflicts between farmers and herdsmen is yet to submit its report.
